The process differs according to the type of treatment you are getting. The decision of what type of treatment to get will depend on your skin type. No two people have the same skin type or concerns, so it is always best to book an appointment for a detailed consultation with our doctors beforehand. The most important thing is to come to your booked time slot early so that our doctors and assistants can do preparatory work before starting your treatment.
The treatment generally lasts for 1 hour. However, the duration may defer according to your skin concerns at that point in time. It is advisable to come on time for your appointment.

There is no downtime for any of our treatments. You can fit your appointment into your busy schedule and be ready to resume your normal activities as soon as you leave the clinic.
It varies from 4 to 6 months, according to the treatment. Consult your doctor for more details. For fillers, you can opt-in for reminders throughout the year if you register for any of our membership programmes. Approach any of our staff to opt-in for the reminder after you have signed up.
We accept payment by Cash / Credit Card (Mastercard / VISA) / NETS. Full payment can be made in 3 installments over the first 3 months.
Yes, but you will be required to give us a one-month notice to cancel. Desire allows a maximum 3 months of redemption. Once you return, you have to show your boarding pass and passport for proof to redeem the 3 months back. Payment will be deducted as per normal according to terms and conditions agreed upon sign up.
You will receive an SMS one day before your birthday month. The birthday treat is valid for 30 days. If you are registering on your birthday month, please notify our staff or email desire-asthetics@support.com so we can manually add it into your account.
We do require a minimum of 3-month commitment when you join our membership programme. After that, you can cancel with a one-month’s' notice.
